1. Who we are. Willow ("Willow," "we," "us") is an independent study tool that helps students prepare for the Classic Learning Test (CLT). By using our website and app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Not affiliated. Willow is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the Classic Learning Test, CLT, the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program, the Florida Department of Education, or any college or university. "CLT" and "Classic Learning Test" are used only to describe the exam our materials help you study for.
3. Educational use only; no guarantees. The Service is provided for study and educational purposes. Our practice questions and score estimates are practice tools, not the official exam, and our estimates are approximations. We do not guarantee any particular test score, admission decision, or scholarship award. Scholarship eligibility and score requirements are set by third parties and can change; always confirm current requirements with official sources such as the Florida Office of Student Financial Assistance.
4. Practice content. Our questions are original and AI-assisted, reviewed for quality, and use literary passages that are in the public domain. Despite our efforts, practice materials may contain occasional errors and are not a substitute for official CLT materials.
5. Accounts and payment. Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout and billed through our payment processor (Stripe). You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel anytime, which stops future charges. 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email us at hellowillowclt@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund.
6. Acceptable use. You agree not to copy, resell, or redistribute our questions or content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
7. Intellectual property. All original content in the Service is owned by Willow. Public-domain passages remain in the public domain. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own study.
8. Disclaimer of warranties. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any admission or scholarship outcome, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

1. Overview. This policy explains what information Willow collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.
2. What we collect. (a) Email and name, if you choose to sign up for our study plan or newsletter. (b) Payment information, if you subscribe — this is handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number. (c) Practice progress, such as your diagnostic results, which is stored locally in your own web browser on your device, not on our servers. (d) Basic, non-identifying usage data through standard web analytics, if enabled.
3. How we use it. To provide the Service, deliver study resources and occasional emails you signed up for, process subscriptions, and improve our questions. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with. Only the service providers that make the product work — for example, our email provider (such as MailerLite or Mailchimp), our payment processor (Stripe), and our website host. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
5. Email choices. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
6. Students and children. The Service is intended for students preparing for college-entrance exams (generally high-school age) and for parents. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us at hellowillowclt@gmail.com and we will delete it. Parents may contact us to review or remove their child's information.
7. Your data, your control. You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hellowillowclt@gmail.com. Progress stored in your browser can be cleared by clearing your browser data.
8. Security. We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
9. Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
